Millions of millennials leave their college nests behind and venture into the workforce each year, but they aren’t sticking to their jobs the way previous generations did. In fact, 91% of millennials expect to stay in a job for less than 3 years. Millennials will make up 50% of the American workforce by 2020 and 75% of the global workforce by 2030, meaning employers must understand what this new generation values in a company and strive to meet those expectations. Likewise, employees must also consider what careers will be most fulfilling and how to best position themselves to get those jobs.
